There are fantastic opportunities to support this event through donations from your company to the British Carbon Group (Registered Charity Number 207890):

• Sponsoring an oral presentation session or poster session
• Support student registration bursaries for the conference
• Sponsor the drinks reception for the conference banquet
• Sponsor the conference banquet
• Provide items for participants such as lanyards, notepads, pens, bags etc
• Provide free samples / literature – please discuss with organisers

All donors will be gratefully acknowledged by the British Carbon Group on the conference website and we welcome opportunities to enhance the knowledge and experience of delegates by facilitating receipt of current publications, industrial literature and other information for inclusion in the participants pack s meeting the educational aims of the charity.

There are also a number of exhibition stands and product or dedicated demonstration or tutorial slots available for the duration of the conference. Please don't hesitate to get in touch if you would like further information on these. We also welcome the opportunity to facilitate workshops.

There are sponsor exhibition opportunities and space for 12 table-top displays in the foyer area. The charge is £2500 per table-top (plus VAT) and includes attendance at all Conference events for 1 person (meals, technical sessions and conference banquet ticket). It is possible to buy additional banquet ticket for an accompanying person.
